As a rule of thumb, stick to meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugars.

Peak Nutrition Services

Many of the trainers at Peak Performance have either masters or bachelor’s degrees in nutrition. The Peak Performance staff has experience with nutrition for weight loss, sport performance, and health through natural nutrition. 

Our Nutrition Services include specialty nutrition services, which are offered for nutrition counseling, meal planning, accountability coaching, shopping trips, sport specific nutrition planning and much more.
